Coaching Approach

Our counselling offers a holistic approach. Problems or challenges are considered in the context of the overall system in which you live and work as a coachee. This enables a comprehensive analysis and solution finding for you individually.

Through this approach, new perspectives and insights can be gained that will help you overcome your challenges and give you the chance to become the best version of yourself. Personal development leads to you being able to act more effectively and independently in various aspects of your life.

In addition, counselling promotes your ability to self-reflect in order to recognise and fully exploit your potential.

The joint work between coach and coachee aims to bring about long-term positive changes in thinking and behaviour and thus to become and remain successful.

The focus is not on problems but on the joint development of solutions and action strategies (both in the private and professional environment). This is because we support you in jointly defining goals for your future career and aligning your own personal and/or professional development with them.

The coaching will improve your problem-solving skills in order to gain a better understanding of your role or to deal more consciously with personal and challenging situations in everyday life. For example, you will learn how to achieve joint solutions through co-operation, as well as how to set boundaries to protect yourself from future conflicts.

In our work, the following values are essential for us: trust, acceptance, sympathy, openness, equality and honesty.

Our coaches have both the necessary expertise and practical experience.

As our coaches are part of an international team, you should speak English. Due to the use of online tools that support the coaching process, access to the Internet is also necessary.
